1. Services Provided
NICE DAY DESIGN offers website design, development, branding, and related creative services. The scope of each project will be defined in a written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide accurate and timely content, assets, and feedback.

Ensure all materials provided are free of copyright violations.

Maintain access to necessary accounts (e.g., domain registrar, hosting provider).

3. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work.

Final payment is due upon project completion or before launch, unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per month.

4. Revisions
We offer 3 rounds of revisions per project phase. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $30/hour.

5. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of all original content they provide.

Upon full payment, NICE DAY DESIGN grants the client a license to use the final design.

NICE DAY DESIGN retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

If a project is canceled, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date.

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers
NICE DAY DESIGN provides services “as-is” and does not guarantee that a website will achieve specific business results (e.g., search engine rankings, traffic increases).

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for the performance or conduct of these third parties.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
